The price you actually pay
The app’s supported store purchase sheet is authoritative for local price, currency, billing period, taxes and offer eligibility. Monthly, quarterly or yearly products may be offered where available. Do not use a website calculation as a guaranteed quote.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription may renew automatically under the terms shown at purchase. Cancel through the store account used to buy it before the renewal deadline shown there. Uninstalling Truve or deleting your Truve account does not cancel it.
Manage a purchase
On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Truve. On iOS, where Truve subscriptions are available: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Access may continue until the store’s stated expiry date after cancellation.
Refunds and missing access
Refund requests follow applicable Google Play/Apple policies and your legal rights. If Plus is missing, check the original store and Truve accounts and use Restore purchases where offered. Contact support with the order ID and purchase date. Never share raw purchase tokens or card details.
