Be honest
Submit your own current proof. Review what was actually submitted. Do not coordinate fake approvals, manipulate appeals, farm referrals or use multiple accounts to extract rewards.
Respect people
No harassment, hate, threats, stalking, doxxing, bullying or unwanted sexual contact. Do not pressure someone to reveal their location, body, health records, finances or private life as proof.
Protect children
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sextortion and child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including synthetic or computer-generated material, are prohibited. Do not request, upload, distribute or promote such content. Read our dedicated child-safety standards.
Keep challenges safe
Do not promote self-harm, dangerous stunts, illegal acts, exploitation, extreme restriction or activities likely to cause injury. Truve is not an emergency or treatment service. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.
Respect privacy and rights
Only share material you have permission to share. No stolen content, private documents, non-consensual intimate imagery or impersonation. Do not spam, scam, solicit passwords or distribute malware.
Report, block and appeal
Use the in-app report and block actions, or contact support. Provide account/content references and context without forwarding illegal material. We may remove content or restrict accounts and preserve relevant evidence. If you believe a decision was wrong, ask support for review.
