Our standard
Truve, operated by Sententic, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in every form. This includes grooming, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking, sexualised depictions of minors and synthetic/AI-generated abuse material. Truve is intended for adults aged 18 and over; an age restriction does not lessen our duty to act on abuse reports.
How to report
Use the in-app reporting flow on the relevant profile or content, or choose Safety & reporting on our contact page. Give account IDs/usernames, the location of the content and context when available. Do not download, screenshot, email or redistribute suspected abuse material.
Our response
We review reports, restrict access to identified prohibited content, take appropriate account action, and preserve relevant evidence where required. We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the appropriate regional authority or reporting body as required by applicable law and cooperate with lawful requests. Reporting and record handling must protect affected people’s privacy.
Point of contact
Child-safety concerns and platform enquiries can be directed to [email protected], with “Child safety” in the subject. Do not attach abusive material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority; do not wait for an app response.
