Where are my welcome tokens?
New eligible accounts receive 100 promotional tokens.
Give your account a moment to sync
The welcome grant is applied by the server once per eligible account. Reopening the app after signing in may refresh your balance. A loading or retry state does not mean the grant should be issued again.
Check the right account
Make sure you are signed in with the same account. Promotional tokens can support eligible in-app activity, but are not cash and do not qualify for earned-only redemption.
Still missing?
Contact support with your username, app version and the approximate signup time. Never send your password, a login code or a purchase token.
