Check the sign-in method

Use the provider or email method you used at signup. For a Google or Apple account, manage password recovery with that provider.

Use the available password-reset flow and check spam folders. Do not share one-time codes with anyone claiming to be support.

Contact support with your username, app version and error message. We will need to verify ownership before changing account access or deleting data.
